Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) will use your information (name, email address, company name, job title) to manage communications and send updates about the Canada Pavilion at the 30th Conference of the Parties (COP30).

The personal information created, held or collected by ECCC is protected under the Privacy Act. The information will be used, disclosed and retained in accordance with the conditions listed in the Personal Information Bank Public Communications PSU 914.

Please note that, for the purpose of managing the Canada Pavilion communications, ECCC has contracted an external service provider, MCI Group Canada Inc., a third-party event management company, which will have access to the information you provide through this registration form. MCI is authorized to use this information solely for communications related to COP30 on behalf of ECCC. If you do not wish for your information to be accessible by MCI, please do not sign up for this service.
